The MDM Technical Specialist cum Support Engineer role would be to support Equinox in handling and managing the UEM offerings that includes VMware Workspace ONE, MaaS360, Intune, 42Gears, SafeUEM, Mobile Guardian and other similar brands in the portfolio of offerings to the enterprise and SMB clients.

Position Summary

The MDM Engineer is expected to fill a dynamic role involving both consulting directly with customers to identify and architect solutions to customer challenges and also serve as an Engineer to test and implement viable solutions for various mobile device management environments. The successful Engineer, MDM must have proven capability to drive their work, collaborate with clients/customers to understand their business challenges and develop distinctive and innovative mobile solutions. An Engineer in this position will have a high degree of independence while working with the client and must be a self-starter that is able to take a project from initiation to completion.

The MDM Engineer is responsible for all technical aspects of consulting, architecting, building, configuring MDM environments to manage client mobility solutions including all associated hardware, software, network, security and enterprise back-end integration of these solutions. The MDM Engineer is an expert in MDM technology with at least three plus (3+) years of experience. As a technical team member, it is expected that the Engineer will remain connected with industry partners and share relevant updates to the entire MDM team.

Key Accountabilities

• Consult, design, and document MDM environments for new and existing customers
• Determine hardware, software, and resource requirements to implement and upgrade MDM environments based on current and forecasted customer requirements
• Develop and maintain change management processes for client environments
• Provide technical guidance / support to internal departments (Sales, Service, Staging, etc.)
• Participate with MSAs as requested to consult, design, build and test mobile client solutions
• Serve as technical liaison to vendors for customer MDM environment support issues
• Maintain expertise in multiple MDM platforms through continued technical and product training on Equinox-supported technologies (VMware Workspace ONE UEM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune, Mobile Guardian, IBM MaaS360, Cisco Meraki)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management (or other related technology degree) or equivalent field experience
• A minimum of three plus (3+) years of production Information Technology experience and wireless mobility systems, enterprise-level Mobile Device Management of industry-standard operating systems (Google Android and Apple iOS)
• Three plus (3+) years developing / implementing change management processes in an enterprise environment, including customer software deployment, server design / buildout / upgrade / migration, and system integration
• Expertise in "rugged" and "consumer" mobile computing technology, mobile device operating systems (Apple iOS, Google Android, etc.), MDM platforms in the enterprise (VMware Workspace ONE UEM, SOTI MobiControl, Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune, JAMF, IBM MaaS360, Cisco Meraki), TMS platforms (PAX or Verifone) and/or mobile device security
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; technical documentation is a requirement of the position
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels internally and throughout customer organizations, with extensive knowledge of mobile equipment design, mobile solutions architecture, and mobile device management platforms
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work within a stated budget and deliver a quality solution
• PowerShell / Bash / SQL scripting / JavaScript / dev language skills would be a plus

EquinoX CyberTech is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant – MEA Region specializing in cyber, cloud, geospatial, and managed services. The successful candidate will be a proactive professional with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of sales experience with a system integrator in the UAE, with proven experience engaging end users and selling cyber security and IT solutions.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute the consultancy strategy while driving client engagement through telemarketing, presentations and business development initiatives
• Identify, appoint, and enable partners as resellers to promote the EquinoX portfolio of offerings
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding and addressing their technology requirements
• Identify high-potential business opportunities by engaging key stakeholders and positioning EquinoX services accordingly
• Collaborate with the technical team to assess client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Engage stakeholders to conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) for EquinoX solution offerings, guiding clients and partners through conversion by preparing and delivering compelling project proposals
• Follow up on proposals, identify client pain points, adapt solutions to meet customer requirements, address objections, and close sales opportunities
• Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Travel to client sites as needed for meetings, project implementation, and relationship-building activities
• Expand business with existing customers by offering additional products and services that align with their needs
• Develop detailed account-level plans and provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
• Provide monthly reports on account forecasts, sales activities, presentations, meetings, closed deals, and progress against targets
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, as required
• Contribute to organizational growth by continuously developing professional capabilities and expanding the EquinoX portfolio of offerings
• Continuously enhance solution knowledge and support client success by providing informed guidance

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales experience with a system integrator in the UAE, along with a valid UAE driving license
• Strong knowledge of relevant ICT and security solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and sales-closing skills
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Goal-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to achieve targets and convert business deals

Employment Details

• Employment type: Permanent
• Annual compensation: AED 42,000, plus incentives upon achieving 80% of assigned targets
• Minimum of two years of experience with a technology company in the UAE is required
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred
