Enterprise Account Executive

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to manage our Cybersecurity Services Portfolio. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of Enterprise Sales experience and from the IT security domain.

Responsibilities

  • Expert in selling enterprise products, solutions, and services to large organizations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities, share account updates, and track touchpoints all on one platform.
  • Be a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities.
  • Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills
  • End to End Sales Life Cycle including lead Generation, probing, negotiating, and closing.
  • Extensive experience in aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales revenue
  • Keeping up to date, comprehensive product knowledge in an ever-changing technical field.
  • Follow forecasting and sales reporting process.

As a part of this team, you will be driving Equinox’s ongoing transformation as a company that continuously serves clients and partners to achieve its mission and vision objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing relationships with enterprise technical decision-makers and influencers
  • Provide security consulting to clients and establish the plans, pipeline to achieve and exceed defined targets
  • Drive new sales opportunities proactively within target accounts, engage customers and partners, capturing requirements.
  • Proposing a technical solution and overseeing the selection of technologies, solutions, scoping, and estimating resources.
  • Guide the clients on the business value solutions achieving a high level of customer satisfaction – to own and manage the whole process.
  • Scope and translate defined requirements, proposed solutions, value propositions into proposals and Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Present and articulate our value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization both technical and C Level members.
  • Proactively engage customers, partners both new and existing, updating the team on the latest security trend, changes in the threat landscape, new product launches, and services offering.
  • Be a trusted advisor delivering security advice to stakeholders and help them establish business cases, including ROI justification, and shape requirement.
  • Manage Tenders engage with industries and grow the market presence of Equinox’s range of offerings proactively.
  • Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintain an accurate, detailed client book, and develop an active, repeat customer base.
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics.
  • Work with the Pre-sales and Tech implementation team to design industry-specific outbound efforts.

Inside Sales Executive

Inviting application for an “Inside Sales executive” to achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
The candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, engage in lead management, and closing sales. 

Job Description 

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the MEA Region.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience, track record of over-achieving quota, proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong presentation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

BA/BS degree or equivalent. Candidates with a minimum of 2 Years’ experience in the IT Industry are preferred.

Specialist - Cyber Security

Applications invited from experienced candidates for the post of Senior Technical Specialist – Cybersecurity.

Candidates with minimum 5+ years’ experience covering security areas like external appliance, end point protection, operating systems, cloud systems, knowledge of managing multiple sites having experience executed DLP plans and vulnerability management software tool preferred. Industry certifications desirable – CISM, CISSP or CISA, Global Information Assurance Certification.

Educational qualification preferred is Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Business Administration in Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new projects / technologies.
  • Daily monitoring and administration of deployed security infrastructure tools, as per the requirement.
  • Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessment over infrastructure and applications to identify existing vulnerabilities, prepare report with remediation plans, and follow-up with relevant team until closure.
  • Monitor security logs for all the critical infrastructure systems to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities and indicators of compromise, and report anomalies to the management.
  • Create and maintain threat modelling documentation for the systems and application being used by the organization.
  • Conducting technical security awareness sessions for the IT and other technical teams as required.
  • Develop cybersecurity awareness posters, wallpapers, screensavers, newsletters, advisories, etc. as and when required.
  • Managing complete information security incident management framework.
  • Monitoring and management of overall information security incidents, analysis, containment, response, remediation and post-incident analysis.
  • Provide operational support including responding to incidents, service requests and develop, update, and implement security measures and controls.
  • Secure digital files and information systems, protecting them from unauthorized access or tampering.
  • Provide technical support and monitor security access and perform regular internal and external security audits.
  • Design intruder detection and prevention systems to prevent network invasion.
  • Analyze the source of security breaches, recommend and implement security tools and anti-malware software.
  • Determine, adapt, and maintain corporate security procedures and policies.
